Territorial analysis of geo distributed production
terms of logistics flows optimizations

Systematic study of the process of building new and modernization of existing production is determined by the objectives set by the product complex life cycle formation. One of the main objectives of the study is a systematic analysis and site selection for placement of industrial infrastructure in the construction geodistributed production (GDP).

To justify the choice of production facilities site location the fuzzy logic is used. To solve this kind of problem will be used a linguistic variable A = «evaluation of production facilities placing", the value of which can be set using a five levels scale of M={«very low", "low", "medium", "high", "very high "}.
The next step is to determine the input parameters (characteristics) to calculate placements estimates.
These characteristics can be classified into several groups:
1) transportation: al = «distance to consumers»; a2 = «distance to suppliers»; a3 = « highways throughput level »; a4 = «highways congestion level»;
2) territorial: a5 = «readiness of territory for production placement»; a6 = «the possibility of territory buyout»; a7 = «the possibility of expanding production areas";
3) Resource: a8 = «volume of qualified human resources";
4) Economic: a9 = «purchase cost of territory»; alO = «cost of leasing land»; al 1 = «level of energy resources cost».
Each of these characteristics is estimated the extent of its presence on the i- th area of land and is set by an expert.
The evaluation of each alternative site can be represented as an index, which will consist of the placing production facilities estimates sum.
The proposed approach should be used for area analysis when placing GDP when it is necessary to evaluate the possibility of placing production facilities in a given area of the earth's surface.
