The problem of a developed control system is ensuring removal of payload by means of the carrier rocket in the appointed point of space. This work is devoted to the description of the speed control system of the carrier rocket of type “Soyuz” In work the general characteristic of a problem, the analysis and control system synthesis are presented. The problem of design was set, and the type of movement of this aircraft was set. The mathematical model of object of control is received. The law of control providing demanded quality of step processes is synthesized. The analysis of the received results is carried out.
A function diagram for system of automatic control was created on the basis of which the structural diagram was constructed. For each element in system transfer functions were removed. Static and dynamic characteristics for system of automatic control were constructed. Indicators of quality didn't satisfy the requirements of specification, for satisfaction of requirements of the specification the control law and the type of regulator were chosen, PD - regulator was used. The schedules of the corrected system were constructed from which it is visible that indicators of quality satisfy specification requirements. Settling time t* =300sec, overshoot у =0%, oscillation M = 0, steady-state error e = 0 m/sec. After machine modeling, selection of coefficients and control of system real experiment on test of the calculated system was made. This experiment was made at the skilled laboratory stand. The stand was connected with the computer on the basis of which the digital part of the system, and analog on a type-setting field of the stand was realized. And also experimental control of operability of system was carried out. In experimental part seminatural simulation of ACS is carried out. The controller is developed for this control system.
